Shipping policy

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. If there is an issue you will be notified by email & kept up to date. Custom orders might take a little longer as I will be busy making sure it's absolutely perfect for you! 

All packages are sent via Australia Post and will have a tracking number unless otherwise stated. 

All packaging material can be re-used, re-cycled or composted. If you have any questions about any material used, please send me an email or private message and I will gladly answer any questions.
